GRPD seek driver in hit-and-run; 2 injured

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Grand Rapids police are looking for the driver of a car that hit two pedestrians and drove off. 

The incident happened around 3:29 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Grandville Avenue SW and Hall Street SW west of US-131 in the Roosevelt Park neighborhood of Grand Rapids.

Officers say two pedestrians were hit and the driver fled the scene. 

The victims were injured and were taken to a nearby hospital. Officers say the victims injuries are not life-threatening.

Police are now looking for the driver.
