GRAND HAVEN, Mich. (WOOD) — The snow isn't flying yet in West Michigan, but when it does the Ottawa County Road Commission has a powerful way to push not only the snow, but an important message.
It's big, shiny, new and mostly red. But one Ottawa County plow stands apart from the rest of the fleet.
"I went and got some pink paint and started painting," said Robert Franklin Assistant Supervisor at Ottawa County Road Commission.
For those who have survived, those who fight and those who've felt the loss, there's a lot of power in pink.
