GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A Grand Rapids man accused of urinating on a 5-year-old girl and using racial slurs toward her has been cleared of all charges.
Kent County prosecutors determined that allegations made against 60-year-old David Allen Dean were fabricated by the children who were involved in the alleged incident. In a release, prosecutors said that all the children involved admitted Dean didn’t do it.
Investigators say one of the children was urinated on by another child, and that they created to story to avoid trouble.
