GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Grandville Avenue under US-131 in Grand Rapids is closed following a crash involving a semi-truck Tuesday.
It happened around 7 a.m. Tuesday on southbound US-131 before Wealthy Street in downtown Grand Rapids.
The Michigan Department of Transportation told 24 Hour New 8 that the semi-truck jackknifed, damaging a portion of the bridge. Crews are on scene inspecting the damage.
