New restaurant, stores coming to Woodland Mall

KENTWOOD, Mich. (WOOD) — Developers are revealing some of the stores and a new restaurant coming to the renovated Woodland Mall.

PREIT says Black Rock Bar & Grill has signed a lease to open it first-to-market restaurant in which guests sear their own meat on hot volcanic granite at their tables.

The restaurant will be part of the mall’s “expansion wing,” which is slated to open in October 2019.

Developers say the expansion wing will also include the region’s first Urban Outfitters clothing store, as well as women’s fashion retailer, Altar’d State.
