GRAND HAVEN, Mich. (WOOD) -- A 41-year-old Queen's Cup race participant from Milwaukee was found dead inside the cabin of a boat registered in the race.
Officers from the Grand Haven Department of Public Safety responded to a medical emergency at Grand Haven Municipal Marina early Saturday morning at 4:51a.m.
Race participants tried to resuscitate the man without success.
