Kent County Prosecutor Chris Becker has announced his office has issued a warrant for two counts of 2nd Degree Murder on Alex Torrez for the March 11 crash which killed his brother, David Torrez and Calvin College coed, Tara Oskam on Broadmoor/52nd Street. He is being charged as an adult. The arraignment will most likely take place tomorrow at the 62B District Court in the City of Kentwood.
