A woman was killed in a crash east of Grant on Wednesday afternoon.
It happened at the intersection of Oak Avenue and 120th Street in Grant Township. Michigan State Police say a southbound vehicle struck an eastbound vehicle.
The driver of the eastbound car, a 50-year-old Grant woman, died at the scene. Her name was not released Wednesday evening.
The driver of the southbound car was taken to Spectrum Health Gerber Memorial in Fremont with minor injuries. The passenger in that vehicle wasn’t hurt.
The crash remains under instigation.
