The city of Ionia wants input on a new rideshare service being implemented within the city later this year
The service, called I-Go, will resemble rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft. It will coexist with the city's current Dial-A-Ride services, which currently has a fleet of nine vehicles, allowing people to call a ride and carpool with others.
The city hopes this will expand Dial-A-Ride's service are and hours to fill gaps where transportation isn't readily available in Ionia County.
