GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- West Michigan real estate professional Kyle Visser has announced the launch of his independent brokerage, "ReSIDE,"
He had been with Keller Williams. The ReSIDE team, including Visser and four other licensed agents and staff members, will continue to operate from their Eastown location at 1460 Lake Drive SE.
According to a news release, Visser wants to bring the essence of 'residing,' and help others to cultivate a home with enduring significance and purpose.
“I want to help people establish deep roots in their communities and to foster a genuine sense of belonging and security,” he said.
Known for his "Go Big and Go Home" signs and the“Big Guy” brand, Visser worked over the past eight years with Keller Williams, and racked up several Top 5 agent rankings.
He said ReSIDE serves as an extension his passion for connecting with people.
“Growing up in Forest Hills, I was drawn to the grandeur of houses and what they provide for the people who call them home. My job isn’t merely about houses; it’s about the people,” Visser said. “My role encompasses both connecting with people on a personal level and marketing a home’s best attributes to captivate the right buyer, all while delivering the best customer service in the industry."
Visser credits his success in real estate to a robust work ethic cultivated through his collegiate and professional basketball career, emphasizing his dedication and the value he places on hard work to achieve goals.
2024 Market Outlook
The timing of ReSIDE's launch coincides with a favorable market outlook, setting the stage for a promising year ahead for potential buyers. “With interest rates on a downward trend, we anticipate a significant surge in buyer demand, propelling another year of explosive growth in the Grand Rapids real estate market,” Visser said. He foresees property values increasing by 7-to-12 percent, emphasizing the city's continuous appeal amidst an existing housing inventory shortage.
“Grand Rapids is continuing to attract more people—watch out, 2024 will be hot," he said.
