GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Starting Monday, two more long-duration construction projects on highways will begin in the Grand Rapids area.
Work will begin on eastbound I-96 at M-21, adding an on-ramp from eastbound M-21 to the highway, along with two miles of I-96 between Thornapple River Drive and Whitneyville avenue being rebuilt.
