GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - It's expected that charges will be refiled against Barry Croft and Adam Fox in the alleged plot to kidnap the governor.
The federal prosecutor has not said when the charges will be filed.
Jurors were deadlocked on charges against Croft and Fox, the alleged leaders. Brandon Caserta and Daniel Harris were acquitted.
