GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Grand Rapids, along with Grand Rapids WhiteWater, announced on Thursday they are looking for a construction firm for the Grand River Restoration Project.
The project includes constructing in-channel features from Bridge Street to the Fulton Street bridge, while also removing four dams.
Statements of qualifications are due by April 25.
