UNDATED (WOOD-AM) - Saint Joseph Congressman Fred Upton is planning to run for the congressional seat in the new fourth district, pitting him directly against a fellow Republican, Congressman Bill Huizenga of Zeeland.
Upton will debut new television ads today.
The new fourth district includes Kalamazoo, Battle Creek, Holland, Zeeland and Saint Joseph.
