COMSTOCK TOWNSHIP, Mich. - The Kalamazoo County Prosecuting Attorney has ruled the sheriff's sergeant who shot and killed a man, who had knife, at a gas station in October 2021 says the officer's actions were justified.
The shooting happened early in the morning at a Shell gas station near the intersection of 35th Street and Miller Drive on Oct. 4, 2021.
