GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The Grand Rapids Downtown Development Authority approved a Development Support Agreement on Wednesday to add a 16-story housing tower to Studio Park.
The agreement will use 75% of available tax increment revenue for up to a decade, as the Phase 2 project is expected to generate $600,000.
It will be built on the existing parking structure near the southwest corner of Ionia Avenue and Oakes Street.
