GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - Kent County Prosecutor Chris Becker says his office has filed murder and first-degree child abuse charges against a 23-year-old man following the weekend death of a 1-year-old boy.
It happened on Weston Street between Ionia and Division avenues.
Alex Radulovic, the boyfriend of Alexander Butler's mother, remains in the Kent County Jail.
