GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - Court records say a 42-year-old man was able to view child pornography in the Kent County Jail during visitation with his girlfriend.
The content was on the girlfriend's phone. Matthew Cook ordered her to kill the victim in the video, investigators said.
The girlfriend, who investigators say was also seen in the video abusing the victim, has been arrested.
