GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - On Tuesday, the proposed merger between the Grand Rapids-based health system Spectrum Health and Beaumont Health will become official.
Spectrum CEO and President Tina Freese-Decker will be the President and CEO of the health system temporarily known as BHSH System, while Beaumont's Julie Fream will be the first board chair.
