OLIVE TOWNSHIP, Mich. - The Ottawa County Sheriff's Office says an inmate died after 8 p.m. Thursday night.
Deputies say the 56-year-old inmate was found unresponsive, and pronounced dead despite resuscitation efforts.
Michigan State Police is investigating the events surrounding the inmate’s death. His name has not been released.
