GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - According to the Michigan Economic Development Corporation, the Lofts at 820, which was finished four years ago, is going to be sold.
The buyer for the building, which holds eight commercial tenants and over 80 apartments, is unknown at this time.
On Tuesday, the MEDC approved an amendment request to extend the maturity date of a loan for the building so that the sale can take place.
