A local woman needs help caring for a dog that was left to suffer with chemical burns.
Kate Pounders, the owner of Katie's K9s, found Waco a couple of weeks ago.
She rescued Waco from a campground in Holland.
A vet believes the burns are from a meth lab chemical spill that were left untreated.
Pounders says the medical bills are around $10,000 and hopes that anyone who can donated does.
