GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The identity of the victim who has shot and killed on Christmas Eve has been identified by her family as 43-year-old Hope Cutts.
Cutts died upon arrival at St. Mary's Hospitals after being found inside a residence on Cass Avenue with a gunshot wound to the chest.
