LANSING, Mich. - A $400 refund check will be coming to Michigan drivers with auto insurance by this spring.
On Monday, Gov. Gretchen Whitmer's office announced that the Michigan Catastrophic Claims Association is going to be transferring funds to insurers by March 9.
