GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Allegations have been settled against Joseph H. Kirkwood, as he has agreed to pay $200,000 and is surrendering his Drug Enforcement Administration registration that allowed him to write prescriptions for controlled substances while practicing dentistry.
Kirkwood allegedly wrote illegitimate prescriptions, collecting the drugs for his own personal use.
