QUINCY, Mich. - Branch County authorities are investigating a crash that trapped a driver they smashed into a tree Thursday morning just east of Coldwater.
The driver had to be extracted from the heavily-damaged pickup truck on South Fremont Road in Quincy, with the individual being alert.
According to the fire department, it took the team nearly 90 minutes to free the driver. The driver was flown to a hospital with unknown injuries.
