WYOMING, Mich. - The Wyoming Police Department says a person was taken to hospital in critical condition after being strangled.
It happened around 1:20 a.m. Wednesday morning, after officers were called for help on a medical emergency.
Police have taken a suspect into custody, and officials are not yet releasing names or any potential charges.
