SOUTH HAVEN (WOOD-AM) - Police have arrested a Benton Harbor man who was accused of sexually assaulting and exposing himself to employees at businesses in the South Haven area.
The South Haven Department of Public Safety says 27-year-old Charles Gaines sought out places that were either frequented by women or had a mostly-female workforce.
The department says it received two reports about him over the past week.
