BENTON HARBOR (WOOD-AM) - Benton Harbor is being told by the Environmental Protection Agency to fix a list of federal code violations.
Record-keeping, maintenance and other code violations have been outlined in a 23-page document. The city could get fined up to $59,000 a day for each day a violation occurs.
