IONIA (WOOD-AM) - A 27-year prison sentence has been handed down to a 30-year-old drunk driver from Utah for a crash that killed a Michigan State Police trooper last summer.
Thomasina Jones pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and a drunk driving charge. Caleb Starr was injured and died three weeks after the July crash.
