PARK TOWNSHIP (WOOD-AM) - A long-time substitute teacher in the West Ottawa Public Schools has been charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct after police say she had a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old male student.
Jill Edstrom, 50, was arraigned yesterday and has posted bond.
The Ottawa County Sheriff's Office says her court date followed a months-long investigation.
