MI Supreme Court to take GRPD policy case

The Michigan Supreme Court will hear a case involving a controversial practice by the Grand Rapids Police Department.

In 2011 and 2012,GRPD officers photographed and finger printed two Black teenagers who were never charged with a crime.

The ACLU of Michigan says the teens' constitutional rights were violated.

A judge ruled in the cases the officers acted within the law.
