The Grand Rapids Griffins are welcoming fans back to Van Andel Arena as executive chef Maurice Cordova launches new food items.
Cordova says after no events for a year and a half, he is ready to introduce fans to a whole new world of food.
Cordova says they still have traditional items like burgers but they wanted to bring some fun this year.
Puck corn, spicy cod sliders, and Alaska wild wings are just a few of the new menu items.
