Seniors in Grand Rapids looking for affordable housing will soon have more options.
The Inner City Christian Federation is planning to build a 56-unit housing complex in the downtown area.
The site is located at Division and Wealthy streets and work is already under way to clear the area.
At least 50 of the units will be set aside for individuals making under a certain level of income.
