Activity at a park at Belknap Lookout in Grand Rapids is concerning neighbors.
Reservoir Park closes at dark, however residents say, that is when the problems are starting.
Marshall Grate lives down the street and says the lack of supervision of the park is allowing it to be a menace to the neighborhood.
