The Kent County Health Department will begin offering COVID-19 vaccine boosters on Tuesday.
The Pfizer vaccine booster doses will only be given to eligible recipients.
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommend booster doses for people older than 65, nursing home residents, people over the age of 18 that work in high-risk environments and people with underlying health conditions.
Kent County Health Department Immunization Supervisor Mary Wisinski says they aren't sure what demand will be like.
