A man is facing charges after he allegedly grabbed an eight-year-old girl at Walmart near Grand Haven.
James OConnell is charged with assault with intent to commit 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct, habitual offender and kidnapping.
The incident happened on Sunday when the man approached the girl and grabbed her arm.
He left the store after the girl's mother pulled her daughter away from him.
