A man is facing charges after assaulting children on the northwest side of Grand Rapids.
Thirty-nine-year-old Franklin Delano Farley is facing a charge of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and one count of kidnapping-child enticement after an incident on Thursday.
Farley is also facing one count of kidnapping and one count of assault with intent to commit sexual penetration stemming from an incident on Monday.
Grand Rapids Police say they between Thursday and Monday, Farley approached five different boys and tried to lure them away by asking them for help finding a lost dog.
