GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - On Wednesday, organizers of the Festival of the Arts have decided to cancel their planned event that was to take place next month.
The event's board of directors cited the rise in COVID cases within West Michigan, and especially the vast spread of the delta variant, as the reason behind the decision.
