GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - The only defendant to plead guilty in the plot to kidnap Michigan's governor and overthrow the state government is scheduled to be sentenced today in a Grand Rapids federal courtroom.
Ty Garbin, 25, has cooperated with the government and has agreed to testify against others, federal prosecutors said.
It's expected that he'll get a roughly nine-year prison sentence.
