DELTON (WOOD-AM) - A Delton resident has submitted a petition to remove Barry County Sheriff Dar Leaf from office.
In an email to the governor's office, the man, who refuses to be publicly identified, said Leaf abused his power and conducted alleged misconduct at least 13 times.
However, citing death threats, the man withdrew his request early Friday afternoon.
