Grand Rapids Public Schools is changing its requirements as students head back to school this fall.
The district will require masks for all students, staff and visitors regardless of vaccination status this school year.
GRPS announced their policies for the fall less than two weeks ago but say the revisions are due to the CDC upgrading Kent County's risk level for virus spread.
The district says they will revisit the rules before September 20th.
