The Kent County Prosecutor's Office is adding new technology to their phone lines that will help with language barriers.
The office now has nine language options when calling the office.
The system connects callers to someone who speaks the same language once they select an option.
Brandy Johnson, administrator for the Kent County Prosecutor's Office says it provides better service to the public and also saves time.
