EVERETT TOWNSHIP, Mich. - One woman was killed and another injured after their pickup truck crashed into a tree outside of White Cloud on Thursday.
The crash happened in Everett Township before 5 p.m. near Thornapple Avenue after the eastbound truck crossed the center line, went off the road and crashed.
The driver was an 18-year-old from White Cloud, she died at the scene. The passenger was a 14-year-old girl from Indiana, and was hospitalized non-life-threatening injuries.
Deputies were still investigating what caused the cause of the crash Friday.
