An industrial accident in Cascade Township on Friday left one man dead.
The accident happened around 9 a.m. in the 3600 block of Sysco Court off 36th Street.
The Kent County Sheriff's Office says a crane that was being put together fell over and pinned a man underneath.
Authorities identified the man as 64-year-old David Heintz.
