LANSING, Mich. - On Thursday, Gov. Gretchen Whitmer announced a plan to help urge Michiganders to get vaccinated for the coronavirus. The MI Shot to Win Sweepstakes will be dishing out $5 million in prizes.
Daily drawings of $50,000 to $55,000 college scholarships are a part of the plan.
