GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Spectrum Health and Beaumont Health have signed a Letter of Intent to bring together their health systems to create a new health system and further build a high-quality health care delivery and insurance network
The health system will now have a total of 22 hospitals, 305 outpatient locations, over 64,000 team members, and around $13 billion in revenue
The new system will have dual headquarters in Grand Rapids and Southfield
The two companies announced there will be no immediate changes to their respective legacy brands.
