MUSKEGON COUNTY (WOOD-AM) - In a 5-2 vote, commissioners have agreed to settle a lawsuit brought by the family of an inmate who died in a Muskegon County jail cell in 2019.
The family of Paul Bulthouse is slated to get $2.4 million. The county will be responsible for $250,000.
Bulthouse suffered 17 seizures, but received no medical care.
