MUSKEGON COUNTY (WOOD-AM) - The family of 39-year-old Paul Bulthouse will reportedly be paid at least $1 million by Muskegon County following his 2019 death in a county jail cell.
The county commission voted to approve the settlement yesterday.
Bulthouse died after suffering at least 17 seizures. Four guards and a nurse are now facing charges.
