A Michigan man is pleading guilty to conspiracy after he was accused of helping his cousin try to join ISIS.
Mohamed Haji pleaded guilty to conspiring to provide material support to a designated foreign terrorist organization.
His cousin was arrested at the Gerald R. Ford airport in 2019 as he tried to fly to Mogadishu, Somalia to join the Islamic State.
